JOSÉ MANUEL GUINOT PASCUAL
A Tenor with a divine voice
Born in Elche, since the age of nine José Manuel participated in “El Misteri d’Elx” singing as a soloist.
He studied at the elite Music Conservatory of Elche, were he obtained his recognition as a great Pianist and Soloist. At the same time he was studying for a degree in Musical Education at the University of Alicante.
In 2013 and 2014 he was awarded on the finals of the second and third international singing contest of Elda.
On November of 2016 he performed the role of Menico at the premiere of Manuel Garcia “Un avvertimento ai gelosi” at the National Auditorium of Madrid
and the Maestranza Theatre of Sevilla, also recording a cd of the opera.
In February 2017 he was selected by the Academy of the Religious Music of Cuenca as soloist to perform as Nathanael in Schubert's Lazarus Oratory, in the Auditorium of Cuenca which was aired on radio, with Radio Classic, and national television, with RTVE.
Un Tenor con una voz divina
Nacido en Elche, desde los nueve años participa en el Misteri d’Elx cantando como solista.
Estudio en el Conservatorio de Elche en el que obtuvo el título de piano y, posteriormente el de canto. De forma paralela realizó la carrera de Magisterio en la especialidad de Educación Musical en la Universidad de Alicante.
En 2013 y 2014 resulta premiado en la final del II y III Concurso Internacional de Canto Ciudad de Elda.
En noviembre de 2016, interpreta el rol de Menico en el estreno de la ópera de Manuel García “Un avvertimento ai gelosi” en el Auditorio Nacional de Madrid
y en el Teatro Maestranza de Sevilla
y realiza la grabación del CD de dicha ópera
En Febrero de 2017, es seleccionado por la Academia de la Semana de Música Religiosa de Cuenca como solista para interpretar el rol de Nathanael, del Oratorio Lazarus de Schubert en el Auditorio de Cuenca, retransmitido por Radio Clásica y RTVE.
